Do not use them if you want your vehicle to be in same condition as you handed over.
They use truckers which maintain min. insurance limit. These truckers who load vehicles with more value than their cargo insurance limit and in case of accident leave customers with unsettled/ unresolved claims like mine. They do not care to reply and leave you alone to deal with adjusters which definitely get paid to save money for insurance companies.
