Although all telephone and email communications with USA Canada Auto Transport were professional and congenial, the actual service of transporting our vehicle was less than acceptable. This firm did not communicate with us at all regarding delivery times or delays and all communications were initiated by us. We appreciate that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected all business sectors, especially transportation, we are at a total loss as to why our vehicle would have taken 33 days to be delivered from Calgary, AB to Florence, AZ. The original quote from this company stated the following: “Transit time varies on the shipping distance. The delivery time for your transport is estimated to be 10-14 days from pick-up.” Our vehicle was picked up on November 11 and delivered on December 14 with most of this time being stored in the carrier’s yard in Great Falls, MT. Other reviewers have communicated the efficiency of their service which was also during Covid-19, so it’s puzzling why our service was substandard.
