First of all the gentlemen you're going to deal with is the absolute opposite of what customer service stands for (he has some kind of accent). He was rude, not helpful, and they were scheduled to pick up my vehicle last Friday. No one arrived, no one called, and no one had an idea what was going on. I originally went through Shipyourcar, who broker the deal through uscanadatransport. Avoid both of these companies, luckily it's on my amex because I'm filing this as fraud.
