Kathy was super cool during this process, I’ve never shipped a car before and she explained all of the ins and outs to me so I was never confused on exactly what was happening. I was able to find someone to transport my BMW at the perfect time and got it the next day. She was very helpful in getting it delivered to me as fast as possible
