We need to set the record straight regarding your experience. Our agent attempted to contact you to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, you did not answer our call.
The price change you mentioned is incorrect. The initial estimate was just that—an estimate. At the time of delivery, the price was $450, not $1,500 as you claimed. We even covered $75 to secure the driver for you. When our driver arrived, the vehicle was not there at all. Instead of clarifying the situation, you suggested we should "find your car," even though it hadn’t been picked up by us but by another company you were working with.
Throughout this process, any update our agent provided was met with you saying, “I’m calling the cops on you guys.” Threatening us with police involvement won’t change the facts laid out in the contract, which clearly states that the price is an estimate and subject to change.
