Please keep in mind that when getting quotes from ANY car shipping brokerage companies: 1) they will give you a ball park price at first 2) ask for a deposit if you agree 3) put your vehicle shipment up for bid 4) let you know if they got it for the original price or if you have to add extra money This is the general process, from my experience and understanding. Amber Walker was my representative with US Car-Go Freight. She was very attentive, had great communication and went up to bat for me to ensure I got as close to the original price that I agreed on. I must admit, I gave her a slightly hard time due to my ignorance on the logistics of how car shipment work, but she was still very patient and kind in dealing with me. I would recommend asking for her if you decide to go with this company. My car arrived two days after pick-up. There was a slight miscommunication with the shipping company during transit about pricing, but Amber handled it right away for me. There was no damage, the car arrived in the same condition that it left in and the price was what I agreed to. (You don’t have to agree to the first option that she comes back to you with if the price isn’t in your budget or too far from the original quote.) I highly recommend this company and Amber Walker if you are looking to ship your vehicle!
