US Car Transporters play the bait and switch game. Start out with low quote, then ask for deposit, then tell you they have to charge more do to availability of trucks. When the first quoted, they said there was no problem with truck availability and guaranteed the price to me. After taking a deposit they said they would split the additional costs with me but reneged. Would not take my calls, or put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Promised to pay their portion but never did. This is my only recourse to get any satisfaction. What all the other carriers said about people who ask for deposits being dishonest was true. Stay away from these crooks.
