AT LEAST JESSIE JAMES WOULD HAVE USED A GUN TO STEAL $150.00 FROM ME. I WAS QUOTED A VERY FAIR PRICE TO HAVE MY VEHICLE FROM GA. TO CA. I KEPT CALLING TO FIND OUT WHEN MY VEHICLE WAS GOING TO BE PICKED UP AND KEPT BEING TOLD TO BE PATIENT OR INCREASE MY PRICE. I KEPT INCREASING MY PRICE OUT OF DESPERATION AND FINALLY AFTER BEING SO FRUSTRATED I FLEW INTO ATLANTA TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE MYSELF AND DRIVE THE CAR BACK TO CA.
I REQUESTED MY $150.00 DEPOSIT BACK AND WAS TOLD BY ADAM, THE DEPOSIT WASEN'T REFUNDABLE EVENTHOUGH THE CAR WAS NEVER SHIPPED OR EVEN SCHEDULED TO EVER BE SHIPPED.
PLEASE DON'T BE A VICTOM TO THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY LIKE I DID AND REMEMBER AT LEAST JESSIE JAMES USED A GUN.

The customer described their Mercedes suv truck as a sedan or small car when they requested their quote. When we explained that the cost for a truck is more expensive because of added size and weight they refused to pay the going rate. This is why it is important to give an accurate description when requesting your quote. Also, the retainer is non refundable as per our terms and conditions. This fact was not hidden from the customer. We have many good reviews placed by our customers who take the time to read and understand our policies.You cannot please everyone all the time but we certainly do not mislead our customers in any way.
