This gentleman chose the economy or standby service and then refused to be patient. We clearly explain that the economy service isn't for those who are trying to meet a deadline. We suggested an upgrade to a faster service to accommodate the customer's needs, but he refused. In anger he wrote this review in an attempt to blackmail us into returning his deposit to which he was not entitled.
