My car was picked up with care, but when it reached its destination it had a busted oil pan. They denied it and didn't allow their insurance to pay for the claim. My car was top loaded, so if it had a leak when it left everything under me would have had oil on it. They are the biggest theives on the road, do not use, even with caution.
