Tony Davis was very helpful and walked me through a new process of shipping a car from TX to MI. He got back with me right away and communicated how things would go. I now understand that making a request online sends posts to a message board, consequently I got quotes from several companies. Still Tony came through, had the car picked up the same day and it was delivered in good shape. We even got the truckers name and cell. That was helpful. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was told the driver asked for $50 more than we agreed. I split the difference and said an extra $25 was OK. But in the end we gave him the extra $25 as a tip. He did a good job. Also, we were told the car was coming on Sunday but it came on Monday. That was OK, but I wish we would have been told. We waiting all day for the truck. This probably wasn't necessary since we were told we'd get a call 2 hours before drop off. In spite of these minor issues, I Would use US Star Trucking again. Tony was prompt and courteous and followed up well.
