First time auto shipping experience and I was very pleased with US Star Trucking Their quote wasn't the lowest, but was very competitive with other quotes received for the shipment. Final cost was the same as the quote. Spoke to US Star Trucking reps several times over 2 - 3 days on the shipment. All calls were answered quickly and the reps were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication with the auto transport carrier was excellent. Car picked up on time and delivered ahead of schedule. The driver exemplified outstanding customer service.
