BEWARE...this is a brokerage and they lie. For 3 weeks I was texting them making sure the pick up was going to happen, and the response was always don't worry we got this, guess what they didn't my pick up date came and went. They came 4 days late and charged me $600 more. The only good news is that my car is back with me BUT the stress that this agent caused me is unbelievable , yes we took the low bid...buyer beware you get what you pay for, never again I've learned my lesson this company is nothing but a scam!!
