October 17, 2022 signed a contract for pickup on November 9, 2022 in Boston for transport to Miami to arrive, as per agent Ava Bresset, in 3-4 days.. THE DAY BEFORE pickup, November 8, was told I could pay $300 more or wait for another day, which may "take some time". Needing the car as soon as possible, I signed a new contract for an additional $300. The car was picked up on time, but delivered 13 DAYS LATER. Communication to track the driver was awful. So sorry I used them. So sorry that they used me.
