MARCUS BROWN was my car shipping hero! Seriously, he helped so much with getting our car from state to state...competitive prices, great communication, most definitely a phenomenal advocate for me when I had concerns with the transportation provider. But he made sure things were done- DONE RIGHT! I wish there was more customer service providers in this world like the agent we worked with, Marcus. I will def use US Carship again in the future bcuz of the rep's determination to get my requests met and dedication to make sure I was taken care of properly!
