I feel these brokers often only get reviews from bad experiences with companies they happen to try. My rep was very attentive to all the ball dropping by the carrier chosen. Communication was good and I appreciated that. My car was delivered very late, but they worked up a discount for the troubles this caused I'm thankful for their involvement Cheers! RA
