I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with USA Carship (also known as American Carship). This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. I initially contacted USA Carship to arrange for the shipment of my vehicle from Seattle to Austin, TX. I was quoted a price of $900 for the service, and after signing a contract and paying a deposit of $175, I was assured that the remaining balance would be no more than $50 more than the quoted price, to be paid to the driver upon delivery. However, just 3 days later, I received a call from USA Carship informing me that the price had suddenly escalated to a whopping $2400. When I questioned this significant increase, I was told that the driver had set the price. This sudden change in cost was completely unacceptable and raised red flags for me. When I requested a refund due to this drastic price change, USA Carship refused, claiming that they had already found a driver and that canceling would result in forfeiting my deposit. It became clear to me that this company operates dishonestly, luring customers in with low quotes only to inflate prices later on. It is evident that USA Carship acts as a broker, listing vehicles to drivers for much more than the originally quoted price without informing the customers. The positive reviews online are likely fake, as my experience and those of many others demonstrate a pattern of deceit and fraudulent practices. I urge anyone considering using USA Carship or American Carship to steer clear of this company. Do not fall victim to their misleading tactics and unscrupulous behavior. The numerous negative reviews echoing similar experiences serve as a warning to potential customers: do not trust USA Carship. In conclusion, my encounter with USA Carship has been nothing short of a scam. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.
