Perfect Car arrives damaged-no compensation

McNutt Tranport Co (800 775 2324). contracted UZTransport. BMW X3 left Gunbarrel Import in perfect condition. It arrived with major hood, grill and battery damage. On departure from Gunbarrel: 1.The pick-up driver verbally noted at Gunbarrel Imports how clean and undamaged the car appeared. 2.There was no V shaped double scratch in the hood. I do have a before picture of the vehicle. 3.The battery was fully charged and operational. a.Sunday, 6/10 -Upon arrival the battery was dead and needed a jump. I have a picture. b.My sister got the car cleaned/washed because it was filthy. c.Sunday, 6/10 - The battery died again after delivery; 2-3hrs: needed another jump. d.Tuesday, 6/11 -AAA jumped the battery in order for her to get the car to the BMW shop. 4.The battery stayed dead until after the AAA jump and my sister took to BMW on Tuesday (6/11). a. Where the battery was completely dead. Which then had to be replaced = $371. 5.At the BMW store, they also discovered that the grill was broken. Transport fee was $1410 + Battery $371 + hood/grill repair $1395 = $3178. Additionally, the car was dirty on arrival, the battery was dead and the driver jumped it. I do have a picture. We also have a picture of the car before it left Colorado. There are no scratches, dents or damaged grill. The battery also worked perfectly.

UZ refuses to compensate me for the all the damage and repairs.
