Avoid this company if you can! Car was not properly inspected at origination point. Should have been here in 3 days but arrived in 10. The dealer who arranged for shipping could get no one to answer his calls; poor communication. Car arrived damaged and extremely dirty. When I pointed this out to the driver, he tried to rush me through the inspection process, telling me "Don't worry about that, just sign," and discourage me from writing anything down. I DID write down the damage locations and gave description, but when business was contacted by my dealer about damages, they refused to answer the phone or return messages. No recompense was offered. They appear interested only in dumping your car in whatever shape off at your door and walking away. And if you want to sue for damages, good luck finding them! Will never use again!

This is a usual problem in this business where greedy broker tries to make as much money by posting the car to move for half the price the customer paid for. Broker promises one date to the customer and fails and usually blames the carrier. When UZ Auto Trans contracts with a broker we make sure the dates are set for pick up and delivery so we will not be late from the date lines of the contract. We try to explain and send proof to the customer but unfortunately got refused. There was no damage with this car at all. The customer over exaggerated! We cannot take the blame for the broker.
