We serve over 3000 customer a month, damages are not 100% preventable. Hood was damaged during a transport by hanging tree branches. We have a copy of the inspection sheet where customer marked only the hood damaged area. As always we ask the customer to get at least 2 different estimates. After couple of days customer sent estimate for not only the damaged hood but grille, bumper and some plastic piece hanging under the bumper which by customers words were also damaged during the transport. Driver stated that customer checked whole vehicle and marked found only the hood damage and nothing else. After we took driver statement we agreed to pay only for the hood damage and refuse the rest. Claim was paid in timely manner.
