I'm the owner of a auto repair business open Monday thur Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (I AM CLOSED ON SUNDAY) and they wanted to delivery on Sunday the only day I don't open. Here's the facts I have a regular customer who have been with me for years who need work on his 2018 Lincoln MKX that was being delivered to me by UZ Auto Trans and I later found out that so lady who was the driver called my business on Sunday and spoke to a contractor i had hired to clean and apply a concrete epoxy/paint coating to the floor she indicated to him that she wanted to drop a car off and the contractor told her he would be there for several hours, but she never tells the guy that he had to pay her anything because he would have told her he is not paying her nothing as he did not even have $500.00. I was informed by my customer that he had to pay an extra $200.00 for a re-delivery fee because she had to go back, now I'm either stuck with a $200.00 bill or I lose a loyal customer. This lady's name was Carter, and my customer say's that he has used your company more than 20 times and this is the first time there was a problem. Please let me know how do this get fix.
