i would stay clear of this company and not use them. I had a new vehicle transported by UZ Transport. During the transport the vehicle sustained significant hail damage . This by no means was the fault of the driver. When taking delivery, i was told by the driver the company would surely take care of the damage. Additionally, prior to the transport I was assured by the company the vehicle would be FULLY insured during transport. After taking delivery I mistakenly believed they would take care of the damage since I was told the car would be fully insured. I called Ez customer service numerous times and was told they would not cover any of the damage and then found they would not return my calls. I submitted a review and was commented back to call them as they would assist with the repair. Well I called back and again and they would once again not return my calls.. I am extremely disappointed in the integrity of this company and would never recommend them.
