Having to go through this ordeal to ship a car by far has been the most stressed out I have been in a very long time. I am shocked by the way competitors treat each other. The bad mouthing and bantering is embarrassing to say the least for these businesses but not for Uber. This company does NOT even haul to my destination state and she still went out of her way to help me out. I contacted her after hours not realizing that they were out of state, she answered my questions and promised to get back to me when she returned home. Thinking it was the same experience that I already had with the thirty or so brokers that were hounding me for my business I really did not think that she would call back. Not only did she call back as promised and on a holiday she texted me as well telling me she would answer any questions that I had. She explained things clearly and gave me some good advice. Because of that I found an amazing broker but I will wait until the process is complete before reviewing them but so far this broker has been awesome. Cristina highly recommended them and she was right. I wish Uber hauled to Missouri because I know I would have been in great hands. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Cristina for helping me out and the time you spent with me knowing you were not making a dime. This shows what pride you take in your business and the person of integrity you really are.
