I appreciate the honesty, professionalism and the industry-knowledge from Pat and liked the way he approached the customers. He would educate the customers initially on the process and would not push you for making the deal with him. He would also give us time to find out the best deal if I could from any other dealer. Though I couldnt find any other deal, he was patient enough to hear my concerns/worries and also find a solution to them. My main concern was heavy snow throughout the route from Maryland to CA. But Pat was able to find a carrier with an alternate route.
I appreciate the honesty and the professionalism and always turn to/recommend him in order to ship an auto to its destination.
