I selected Pat Lynch at Ultimate Auto Shipping after doing a search on the BBB for accredited shippers. His company had the longest history as an accredited business in the BBB and no (zero) customer issues. A few others on the BBB had A or A- ratings but had several customer complaint issues. So I called Pat and was comfortable with dealing with his business. I have used shippers in the past and pretty much new what to expect as far as price. Still cheaper than flying there and driving it back by far. Plus saves the travel time. Pat kept in contact and in a few days a driver agreed to ship my truck. This was a big truck and not a heavily traveled route out of Wyoming. The driver contacted me when he scooped it up and gave me an idea of when he'd be here with it. He also gave me a 24 hr heads up when he was getting close and then another a few hours before he got here. And one last call when he was about 30 miles out. Truck was nice and cozy on the trailer and no issues off loading. Driver was very professional and you could tell it wasn't his first rodeo. I won't hesitate to use this shipper again.
