Patrick Lynch was exceptional in every way. He took the time to answer every question. He was either available at all hours, or returned a call promptly. He alerted me to issues (I wanted to ship the car to northeastern Vermont, which is very difficult). He explained how the industry works, and helped me to make a rational decision (ship to a friend in New Jersey instead). The driver was terrific.
