Patrick has ZERO TOLERANCE for UNMOTIVATED DRIVERS. A first driver was lined up for the job but kept giving excuses why he was going to be late for the pick up. Also the driver did not call the contact person at the pick up site when he said he would etc etc. After speaking w / Patrick about the situation he cancelled the first driver right away and began making arrangments for another. Within two to three hours Patrick contacted me with info on a new driver and it was flawless after that.
