We had never had a vehicle shipped, and after being harassed and barraged by other companies, finding Pat and his company Ultimate Auto Shipping, was a comfort! I got a quote on line, and after looking them up on better business bureau and transport reviews, I called them with questions. I first spoke with his wife (forgive me for not remembering her name), then Pat himself. He was reassuring without being condescending, knowledgeable, and kind. Not pushy or demanding at all. He answered every question, and even when I called a second time before committing, could not have been nicer. Everything was just as he said it would be, and our daughters arrived safe and sound. It was the exact length of time he said it would be, and the carrier continued the outstanding contact and business protocol. I received phone calls and updates about where he was and when it would arrive. Pat hthen followed up to make sure everything went smooth. We are from a very small town and can get lost in bigger city ways, but Pat and his business made us feel like customer service and personal values still matter, no matter who we were.
