Pat of UAS was very helpful and knowledgeable. More importantly, the end results matched or exceeded his promises and my expectations. I had to postpone the first pickup date and Pat was very accomodating, although I am sure not pleased. When the car was finally ready, he arranged a new carrier within literally minutes. More importantly, he kept the same price which I thought was very reasonable. The carrier arrived a day earlier than promised, which suited me just fine, but was very good at contacting me via cell so we could coordinate, and would have kept the original schedule if needed. The car arrived in good shape. and the carrier did all the work. He was professional and courteous in person. I would definitely recommend UAS and would use the service again.
