Pat was very professional, easy to contact throughout the entire process, and absolutely on top of things at all times. After reading the extremely negative reviews of most of the companies from which I had received quotes, I was a little nervous, to say the least, about having my new car shipped from the dealer in CA. to my home in CO. I decided to go with Ultimate Auto shipping because, for one, there were no negative reviews, and two, Pat took the time to talk with me on the phone and educate me about the ins and outs of auto shipping and what I need to be wary of in hiring someone. Unfortunately, as with regular moving companies, there are some unethical people and companies out there. Pat found a truck right away, scheduled it for the next day, and I paid a deposit. The dealership had informed me that the car would be ready at that point. I learned later that evening that the car would not be ready because they did not have all of my paperwork. I left a message for Pat at about 10:00 Florida time that we would need to re-schedule for the next day instead. I wasn’t sure what to expect because this was the dealers fault and I had already paid a deposit. Pat contacted me first thing in the morning and told me that he was on it. A few hours later he had booked another truck with a different company. Same price, and I did not lose my deposit!!! Later that night there was another issue (through no fault of Pat or Ultimate) and I had to inform Pat that he was going to have to again re-schedule with another company. No problem! Pat was on it first thing in the morning and actually found me an enclosed truck for the same price that could pick up that day. My car arrived a few days later with no issues. Basically, when dealing with moving companies of any sort, you want someone who takes his job seriously, is professional, and who cares about his clients after receiving your deposit. This is the impression that I have of Pat and Ultimate Auto shipping and I highly recommend Him.
