Made a good choice with Ultimate. Pat Lynch is the owner/president so I knew I was talking to "the horse's mouth." Pat was knowledgeable and totally upfront about how the process of shipping my car would work. He put me in touch with the carrier almost immediately and had the details lined up. You always have to realize there is only so much control an organization like Ultimate actually has over the process. We were very fortunate that the carrier was responsible and delivered our car is exactly the condition it was in when they received it. The driver was very concientious about keeping us posted on the expected arrival date/time. The driver, like everyone else in the process, can only control so many things, especially exact arrival time. The driver wanted to deliver the car about 10:30 - 11 PM due to delays and his travel time. Although we agreed, he called close to the agreed time and said he would have to deliver the following morning, preferably about 7 AM. Not very convenient but we made it work.
Bottom line, would highly recommend Ultimate. Pat is a straight-arrow guy. The price was fair and our car was well cared for. Thanks, Pat! Well done. BH
