We had a very pleasant 10-15 minute conversation and every question I asked was answered honestly. Pat took all my information and promised to have the vehicle picked up as soon as possible and told me to expect 2-3 days before I would hear from him. To my complete surprise Pat called less than an hour later with a pickup of the following day. From pickup to delivery I was in contact with the driver of the transport vehicle a few times and the car arrived in Virginia from California on time. I would definitely use Pat's services again and recommend Ultimate Auto Shipping to anyone thinking about transporting a vehicle.
