I was dreading the process of searching for a company to deliver my car from Boston to LA. I called a few companies and got cheaper quotes but when i spoke to Pat, he explained to me how they take a deposit even if they never pick up your car and how they just want to please you with a price, which may change once the car is delivered. He explained the entire process with me with patience and answered all my questions. He tried to quote me for lower but unfortunately, was not able to pick up that price from other carriers. Working with a broker is actually easier than I thought and he really made the process easier for me. He told me they would pick up Monday or Tuesday but they did not make it until Wednesday, which was ok, because my car got there on time and even a day early. I arrived the next day and the driver of the truck delivered my car to my apartment as soon as I called him. He was also a very nice guy and took the remainder of what I owed in cash. The car was spotless except for a bit of dust. Other than that, the experience was great, thanks to Pat. I would use him again in the future.
