the company contract to ship my vehicle was NAO Auto out of Spokane, WA... due to weather issues the pick up was late (not their fault) and the dilevery took several extra days due to the initial lateness and several miscommunications on the part of NAO Auto. Pat at Ultimate was extremely helpful and extremely professional in assisting me in getting my vehicle delivered. He was always accessable when I needed him and he contacted NAO Auto on my behalf each time I asked for his assistance. Overall I would rate Pat and Ultimate as excellent... he worked very hard for me in a difficult situation given unforseen weather issues and the pick up and delivery issues that the weather created.
