Horrible experience. Matthew and Frank, there are two guys in this company and both are fraud. First they told me that they going to pick my car in three days and when after three days I asked them about driver, they charged me cancellation fee without my consent which is totally unethical plus unprofessional. Also, when I asked them not charge me the amount which I am not liable they blocked my cell phone number so that couldn't reach them out. Those people are rude, cheaters and taking others money without people consent.
