SCAM ALERT!!! I booked with this company to transport 2 cars. They promised after many calls both vehicles would be picked up Friday no later then 3pm for $1300.00 total. I kept calling Friday as I still had not gotten a confirmation call or email and they assured me the vehicles would be picked up. No later then 5 minutes after talking to Matthew that assured these cars will be picked up I get a call from Frank that now tells me not only will the not be picked up Friday but MIGHT BE able to pick up Sunday it would also go up in price by $350.00 more. At this point I decided to just drive one car down myself and transport with another more reliable company (Sonic) since I was on a deadline to arrive in FL. I called and canceled the transport. Now yesterday which by the way was 4 DAYS LATER Matthew calls to tell me he has someone in the area to transport my cars. I explained to him this has already been canceled as of Friday since they never came and I transported myself. He said ok and hung up. I look at my bank account two hours after talking to Matthew and guess what? Matthew went ahead and charged me $200.00, for what I don't know because they provided absolutely no services. Now guess who is not returning my calls and emails and is miraculously out of the office every time I call? None other then Matthew and apparently no one else is capable of handling a refund. what a shocker! Reporting fraud to my bank at this point and beware before booking this company for transport. Shady as hell!
