I called them to cancel my car transportation as soon as they heard cancelation, they hang up on me and blocked my number. When I called from my phone it says, "it cannot be reached from my calling area!" I called from another phone and Frank picked up he told me he will remove it and he does not know why Matthew Buxton has blocked my number for both of their numbers! It has been 24 hours and it is not removed yet. I do not simply want to use their services since I am disappointed with Matthew’s reaction toward me. My cancelation is well in advance, and they do not have any credit card number, but I am not sure what kind of scam, scheme or trick they want to run by not canceling ID 5440997 on the board of transportation! It seems they just like to keep my car on the transportation board so no other company would be able to put my car on the transportation board that all these trans-companies are using!
Today 1/21/2022: I called from another number, and I talked to Frank and he promised me he will remove my car and cancel MY SHIPPING completely. It has been 2 hours and still, they have not removed my car from the board. I cannot trust a company with two or three different names: Massrec LLC; ultimateautotransport.net; Holy shipping.
REMOVE MY CAR, I DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH YOU.
