This company contracted with me in late July and did not pick my car up until mid September. I repeatedly asked for my money back and was told No at every turn. Once they finally had a driver pick my car up they did not honor the contracted price and I had to pay an extra $200 to get my car released. Ultimate lied to me regarding the up charge and claimed they would pay 50% of the fee. When I checked with the driver he informed me the upcharge was only 50% of what Ultimate said it was. The ownership of this company was put out of business several years ago after a local news station burst into their offices and called them on fraudulent practices. This company should not be trusted and provides the worst customer service I have ever seen. During this whole ordeal I only received 2 phone calls from Ultimate and both times the information they provided was not adhered to. I would strongly recommend finding alternative transport for your vehicle.
