My daughter's car was supposed to be picked up and the carrier kept delaying the pick up time and day...and finally said he wouldn't pick up the car at all.

When I called Yamy, she immediately arranged for an alternate carrier to transport the car. Within 1 1/2 hours it was all arranged and within 3 hours the car was on its way.

I was very impressed with her immediate response to our dilemma and very pleased with the result. The carrier actually delivered the car sooner than the other carrier had committed to doing and we are VERY grateful to Yamy for responding so quickly and professionally.

We would definitely use Ultimate Logistics again if we need to transport another car.
