I felt like a # 1 customer,
I want to thank Glen Holsman and Lester the transport driver for a job well-done! It's scary busy to buy something sight unseen...and the what "if's" that come with the transaction of getting from point "A" to point "B" can give a person ulcers. I want to say that I delt with professional and curtious people who were sensitive and respectful to my concerns about transporting a newly purchased vehicle. When I had questions, they had answers...and they never made me feel like they were to busy for my enquiries. The owner of the company (Glen Holsman) walked me through "step by step" explaining fee's and transport delivery. The transport driver (Lester) had been driving all day to make my delivery...dealing with thick fog and trying traffic...at 10:00 p.m. California time, he unloaded my new truck. He was friendly, curtious, and most of all very careful in moving the vehicle. He took time to talk to me, not at me...."Good job Lester!"
Thank you Ultimate Logistics, Inc. for reasonable rates, a great attitude, especially for the employee's that make your company a success, and for making me a #1 satisfied customer.
