We got the car picked up in Florida and delivered to Ohio. Price was fair. The car was actually picked up later than promised. Other than that we are glad to the car was towed and to have it back. We didnt get updates for tracking points of the car as promised either. It was picked up and delivered. The tow driver had excellent customer service & was a super nice guy tho.
