The driver was very polite and kept us appraised of delays due the pickup being on MLK day. The driver was very professional in meeting me to load the car due to tree in our neighborhood preventing him from coking directly to the house. The car was loaded without incident and was quickly sent acorss the US from Alabama to Washington where it was delivered to one very happy grandson. The transport coordinator was also very helpful in giving us updates on the pickyp time.
