Everyone was very kind and kept me as informed as possible. John was very clear in giving me a rate, and following up . 4 stars only because it was picked up a day later and I didn’t get my first update till the day of pick-up. However, my car arrived just 3 days later!! Nick, the driver was very nice and thorough with the walkthrough/inspection. Overall a very smooth and easy experience!
