To Whom it May Concern-
While we regret that the Customer is unhappy with the service. Upon checking, we have the First Available Pick Up Date scheduled as 6/06/2020. As per the contract you have signed with us - When a customer provides a first available pickup date Ultimate Transport 123 has 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver twice - 06/08/2020 12:12:17 PM:Dispatched and 06/10/2020 03:00:17 PM:Dispatched - You were assessed required reservation on 06/08/2020. Customer cancelled the transport. As per Cancellation policy, If your vehicle has been dispatched and it was cancelled, your reservation fee will be charged in full.
