Heather Ann (the person with whom I initially spoke and who took my order) was super friendly and very helpful! The driver was also courteous, as was the dispatch operator. I must say that I did wish that I would have had a bit more advance notice regarding my pick up date. That said, the driver and the dispatch people were kind and flexible regarding a last-minute change-of-plans. The price was good, my vehicle was safe and intact upon its timely delivery. I would use this service again, I would recommend it to my friends!
