When they first called me, they told me that I would pay $700 including $450 for the driver and $250 for Ultimate Transport 123. They told me that this price is guaranteed price. I had to transport my car on July 28, 29, or 30 and I booked over a month early. I told them about these dates, and they told me that they can definitely get a driver for one of those dates and not being able to find a driver is not an option for them because they always find a driver. However, They found a driver on July 31 and told me that I have to pay $560 for the driver if I want to transport it the next day. Ultimate Transport 123 offered $180 for their brokerage fee instead of $250, but it was still over the guaranteed $700 that they promised. They told me they will try to negotiate, and it took hours till I heard back from them. They offered $140 for the brokerage fee for Ultimate Transport 123 to match $700. The driver did not contact me till August 1 saying he will pick up my car in 2-3 hours. It was such a short notice and the driver came late. After picking up my car, he told me that he will try his best to deliver it the next day evening because I would not be able to pick up my car till 5pm the next day if he could not deliver the next day. He could not make it, which was completely understandable, and he said he can deliver it to my house at 5pm. However, he came 3 hours late. To summarize, Ultimate Transport was not able to transport my car on one of the days I wanted, but they did get the work done within 10 days, which was written on the contract as the time frame they can get the work done. They tried to make me pay more than the price they guaranteed, but they eventually brought down their own fee to match the price. The car arrived little late, but it did arrive without any damages. Overall, I got the service that I needed but had to deal with some issues.
