This was my first time shipping a vehicle and it was an overall decent experience. Ace contacted me within minutes of me posting an was pretty pleasant throughout the call. My only issues are lack of accurate communication of important details such as they give themselves 10 days from your needed pickup date to find a driver. A driver finally picked up my truck the day after I needed it to me but overall I would recommend using them
