In the beginning it seems like everything was out of order they didn't know exactly what date to pick up the vehicle and I was told they didn't know what day they was going to drop it off. Towards the end after I had to go to the office and talk to one of the managers everything was great. The guy that picked up my vehicle was excellent and when he dropped it off he was excellent
