I had zero issues shipping my car - I booked everything w broker and then looked at the horrible Reviews so was definitely thinking I’d be done for. But dispatch could not have been more communicable, they even picked my car up earlier when I asked if I could change it to earlier date. They picked up my car on confirmed date & then within 2 weeks my car arrived and I picked it up from near by parking lot, paid the remainder that was due to truck driver and was on my way
