We contacted Ultimate after waiting several days to get a date at the price quoted from another carrier. We waited again but only had about a five day window to get a driver. The car was transported one day later than promised but I had left a couple of days in the event of a delay. The price was about $50 more than they had quoted . From that point on it was A+ service. The driver was communicative letting us know when he was an hour out and again in ten minutes out. He didn't waste time getting the car on his rig and delivered it the next day with no mishaps. He also communicated with my daughter about delivery at the other end.
